Welcome to the Ceroc 'Hafan' 2008 Booking page....

We have tried to make the booking options as easy as possible for you and, although the booking uses the PayPal system you will not have to open an account - just simply pay by Visa etc.

You will have seen the Itinerary on the 'Hafan' Weekender page and choosing your accommodation option should be reasonably straightforward. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your purchase from us via PayPal - please retain this for your records

It is important that you complete the 'Note' option giving full name, address, telephone number

and e-mail details of ALL PERSONS BOOKING. Please also stipulate who is the 'lead' name (usually the person making payment) as keys and documentation etc will be held in that name at check-in.

This event is gender balanced for your enjoyment and where an imbalance becomes apparent

during the booking period (prior to the event) some options may be temporarily suspended

until parity is acheived. Please be patient with us and remember BOOK NOW to secure you places.

Free places for children under the age of 12 will be on the strict proviso that they do not take

part in workshops or attend the dance venues.

They are fully entitled to use all the site facilities free of charge however they are the

responsibility of their parents or appropriate adult at all times.

Terms and Conditions;

Cancellations by 1st Jan 2008 will receive a full refund, by 18t10h Feb 2008 75% refund, by 1st April 2008, 50% refund and 18th April 2008 25% refund. No refund on cancellations thereafter.
